Salmon Shrimp

The king of the river - the mighty salmon is the stuff dreams are made of for many fishermen - and women - around the world. The trophy is the fresh salmon, who has just entered the river, and often the first is the biggest. The flies for salmon is proberbly the ones with the biggest variaty - from super-simple flies like the Sunray Shadow to complex classic flies like the Jock Scott og Green Highlander. In this video we once again has teamed up with Martin Votborg, full-time danish professional flytyer and lifelong flyfisher, and he loves salmon… He will be demonstrating his version of a shrimp-pattern for the early springers to enter the rivers - the Salmon Shrimp.

Long story short

Support the Global FlyFisher through several different channels, including PayPal.

Long story longer

The Global FlyFisher has been online since the mid-90's and has been free to access for everybody since day one – and will stay free for as long as I run it.
But that doesn't mean that it's free to run.
It costs money to drive a large site like this.
