Copper John
Here we will be tying the fly Copper John by a request from the audience The Copper John is an attractor fly that works often amazingly well like some other flies like Brassie and similar patterns from the Brass family. The Copper John was invented in 1993 by a man named John Barr. The fly is a great option for both stream and lake fishing. The fly catches both brown trout and arctic char. Simple to tie and totally worth keeping a few in your box when you go fishing. I've caught some real trouts on the Copper John.

Long story short
Support the Global FlyFisher through several different channels, including PayPal.
Long story longer
The Global FlyFisher has been online since the mid-90's and has been free to access for everybody since day one – and will stay free for as long as I run it.
But that doesn't mean that it's free to run.
It costs money to drive a large site like this.
