Body - Textreme Magic Tinsel
Rib - Textreme Magic Tinsel
Thorax - Peacock Herl (Dyed Black)
Hackle - African Goat (In a dubbing loop)
Hot Spot - Glo-Brite No5
Wing - Comp Candy Black Jack Marabou

I have called this a Cormorant but I have to admit I was in two minds as it kinda crossed the divide between a cormorant and a buzzer. I can see this fly being effective wether being fished slowly like a buzzer or nymph or as a lure being pulled quickly through the water then hung at the end of the retrieve.
