Fishing eastern Germany and Poland

Hi,
I recently moved to Berlin and was wondering if there's somebody out there having experience/advice on fly fishing for sea trout, salmon, and/or other "salmonoids" in the region (including Poland).....I mean where to go, when to go, what to do, where NOT to go, where to look on the web etc.
As I only have experience with wet fly fishing, in both fresh- and saltwater, this would be what would interest me the most.
I haven't taken the German fishing exam yet, how would be the easiest way to do that?
